Joseph Pilates after a long trip came back to the country and had the idea of a soft sport which he named CONTROLLING. He imagined movements based on yoga postures, among others, which strengthens the muscular structure of the human body gently and consciously. It is the movement of the body under the control of the mind using the breath. This practice, very widespread in the United States, is spreading at great speed in the West.
Pilates is the sport that allows you to do sports, without necessarily sweating or suffering. It's a gentle sport that feels good.

2. Join pilates' group and easily find pilates' activities
You need to join first this Pilates' group
Then, you will find into your sport activities feed ( ACTIVITIES tab), with the filter selected; All my activities, all pilates activities.
You can join the Yoggis group as well, if you are also interested by yoga activities
Once the group is joined, you just have to choose and book on the application the activities that you like.
