Jumping is not limited to jumping on a trampoline like when we were children. The heart and muscle activity will be intense thanks to a combination of dynamic sprints, power exercises, balance and variation of tempo. The different exercises will solicit the whole body through the lower limbs of course, but also the back, arms and abdominals. According to its designers, jumping would stimulate the metabolism and help relaxation.

2. Join pure jump' group and easily find pure jump' activities
You need to join first this Pure Jump' group
Then, you will find into your sport activities feed ( ACTIVITIES tab), with the filter selected; All my activities, all pure jumps activities.
You can join the Pure Jump group as well, if you are also interested by yoga activities
Once the group is joined, you just have to choose and book on the application the activities that you like.
