We offer you a new class, designed for the well-being of expectant mothers, one hour of yoga specifically for pregnant women.
A moment of relaxation and relaxation guaranteed.
Your teacher will be Amélie Bär, in collaboration with the Anima Artistic and Social Projects association. She worked for 3 and a half years in the maternity hospital of the CHUV, where she was in direct contact with pregnant women. She collaborated every day with midwives, which is where her desire to offer yoga for future mothers comes from.
She then traveled and did various yoga trainings abroad. Then on her return to Switzerland, she began to teach yoga for adults, pregnant women and children.
Amélie has participated in several trainings: 200 hours of Hatha and vinyasa yoga, 50 hours of yin yoga and 85 hours of prenatal yoga.
Why do prenatal yoga?
It is a gentle sport, ideal for pregnant women and recommended by midwives during pregnancy.
Yoga can help mothers-to-be on the one hand more easily accommodate hormonal, physical and psychological changes. Will this help you live your pregnancy positively?
This practice will also help you find a better posture and a good balance but also make you aware of your perineum, strengthen it and soften it. You will also become aware of your changing body, and work on your breathing, for a more harmonious childbirth.
This discipline will allow you to create a bond with your baby, strengthen your joie de vivre and confidence.
