Courses will take place in the first semester: from 7 February 2026 to 4 July 2026, excluding public holidays and school holidays.
(Courses may also be started during the semester; the fee will then be adjusted proportionally according to the number of sessions attended).
In the second semester: from 19 August 2026 to 19 December 2026, excluding public holidays and school holidays.
Discovering basic motor skills and first interactions.
This course helps toddlers discover their bodies, space and movement in a safe and caring environment. Through gentle courses, adapted modules, tunnels and sensory games, children explore their first movements (rolling, crawling, sitting up, walking with support).
The activities promote the development of coordination, muscle tone and body awareness, while respecting each child's individual pace.
One parent (or legal representative) must be present in the room during the activity.
Development of motor skills and basic rules for living in a group.
At this age, children become more independent in their movements and begin to interact with others. The Babygym 2–3 years course offers fun and varied activities to develop overall coordination, balance, agility and movement control.
Children learn to follow simple instructions, wait their turn, cooperate and channel their energy, all while having fun. Play remains at the heart of learning, promoting concentration, creativity and physical expression.
At least one parent (or legal representative) must be present outside the room during the activity.
Global motor skills, independence and self-confidence.
This course focuses on developing comprehensive, varied and balanced motor skills through more challenging courses and age-appropriate group games. Children develop their agility, coordination, flexibility and ability to perform a series of motor actions.
The sessions encourage independence, cooperation and emotional management, while boosting self-confidence and self-esteem. Children learn to solve small motor problems, follow simple rules and enjoy physical activity in a fun and safe environment.
The presence of a parent (or legal representative) is not required.
Registration is possible at any time during the semester. In this case, the price will be adjusted proportionally according to the number of remaining sessions.
Starting from the fourth individual session, registration for the semester subscription is mandatory.

My name is Alice, I am 25 years old, and I am passionate about child development and movement.
I studied sports science and motor skills at the University of Fribourg, where I also obtained a Master's degree with a specialisation in sports teaching. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in sports and leisure management at the University of Lausanne to complete my education.
I have been coaching children for several years and have several "Jeunesse+Sport (J+S)" certifications, particularly in the field of sport for children and young people, as well as in various sports such as athletics, swimming, skiing and snowboarding.
In my classes, I place great importance on safety, respecting each child's pace and the enjoyment of exercise. My goal is to support each child with kindness, allowing them to discover their motor skills with confidence and creating an environment where they feel free to explore, try new things and grow.
